    BREAKING NEWS: New York State Issues Private Equity FoF RFP

    The $154.5 billion New York State Common Retirement Fund has issued an RFP for private equity fund-of-funds managers to construct an emerging manager program. The plan announced in October it would be issuing the RFP by the end of the year for a new $1 billion emerging private equity manager program to be invested over the next several years, as first reported by EMM on Oct. 25.
