    SEC Settles With Gray, Execs.

    Gray Financial Group, its Founder Laurence Gray and Co-CEO Robert Hubbard have settled with the Securities Exchange Commission after being charged with selling investments that were unsuitable for Georgia-based public pension clients and violated state law, according to a Nov. 22 SEC administrative proceeding.
