Clichés become clichés for a reason. They are overused and typically lose their meaning. However, they are sometimes still the best way to emphasize the most basic issues facing the emerging and diverse manager space.

15 years. Fifteen years. A decade and a half. However I write it, it still does not seem real. This issue marks 15 years that Emerging Manager Monthly has been covering the emerging and diverse manager space since our launch in February 2006.
Today we take another step toward offering a solution to a problem by launching the Diverse Manager Directory.
In the 15 years I’ve spent focused on emerging and diverse asset firms, the biggest issue managers have always told me is finding enough entry-level positions.
